How to use

1. Wipe: make sure your nose is clean and dry before applying the strip.
2. Stick: peel off the strip backing and apply over the bridge of your nose.
3. Breathe: press and hold for 30 seconds, applying pressure on the two ends.

Repeat daily for the best result.

Caution

Do not use XLR8 strips as your sole breathing solution if you have obstructive sleep apnea. Avoid use if you are obese (BMI over 35). If you have very low blood pressure, consult your physician before using XLR8 strips. Do not use XLR8 strips without your doctor's approval if you have severe heart or breathing problems. Avoid using them if you have a severely sunburned nose or irritated skin around the nose. Store in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Warning: choking hazard.
