How is cashback different from loyalty points?
They're two separate rewards. Cashback gives you 5% of every order back as store credit — real money to spend next time. Loyalty points are a bonus on bigger orders: every order $69+ earns a point, and 10 points unlocks a $50 reward. You earn both at once.
How do I earn and use my 5% cashback?
Sign in and shop — 5% of your order is added to your account as store credit once the order is paid. It applies automatically at your next checkout when you're signed in. No minimum, no code.
How do the loyalty points work?
Every order of $69 or more earns 1 loyalty point. When you reach 10 points, we send you a $50 reward to use on your next order. We'll email you along the way so you always know how close you are.
Do I need an account?
Yes — both rewards are tied to your customer account, so create one (or sign in) before you shop. It takes seconds and speeds up checkout too.
Does my credit or points expire?
Store credit stays valid for 12 months from your last activity. Loyalty points don't expire while your account stays active — keep shopping and keep stacking.
How do the free gifts work?
At $180 you choose one free gift (shaker, Cheeky Band, or a Jimbaz Fitness PT session + consult). At $400 a free Berwick gym bag is added. One of each per order, while stocks last.
What about Afterpay and free delivery?
Pay in 4 with Afterpay at checkout, and delivery is free Australia-wide on orders over $100. You still earn your 5% cashback (and points on $69+ orders) when you pay with Afterpay.
The fine print
- Cashback: earn 5% back in store credit on every order, calculated on the order subtotal (before shipping and taxes). Issued once the order is paid; redeemable at checkout when signed in.
- Loyalty points: earn 1 point per paid order of $69 or more (subtotal). 10 points unlocks a one-time $50 reward; the points counter then resets.
- Store credit has no cash value, can't be transferred, and expires after 12 months of account inactivity.
- Free-delivery, free-gift and free-gym-bag thresholds are per single order; one free gift and one gym bag per order, while stocks last.
- Berwick Supplements may adjust or end the rewards program at any time. Credit and rewards already earned remain valid until their expiry.
