Direction of Use
Training days: Take 1 scoop with 295ml of cold water 10 minutes before exercise. Do not consume after 5pm.
Non-training days: Take 1 scoop with 295ml of cold water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
Do not exceed 2 scoops per day. Avoid eating or drinking a protein shake within 20 minutes after consuming OxyShred.
