Each gel provides 29.8g of carbohydrate from maltodextrin along with sodium and potassium, in a smooth gel that is easy to carry and use on the move. Gluten free, dairy free and suitable for vegans.

Lemon Lime and Wild Berry: Maltodextrin, Filtered Water, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Flavour, Mineral Salts (Potassium Chloride, Salt), Preservative (Sodium Benzoate).

Green Plum: Maltodextrin, Filtered Water, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Flavour, Mineral Salts (Potassium Chloride, Salt), Caffeine, Preservative (Sodium Benzoate).

No gluten, dairy, egg, soy or nut ingredients. Suitable for vegans.

Directions

Take one gel about 10 minutes before training or your event. During prolonged activity, take one gel every 20 to 45 minutes depending on intensity and energy needs. Follow with water. Adjust to your own tolerance.

The Green Plum flavour contains 80mg of caffeine per sachet. It is not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone sensitive to caffeine.
